A restorative yoga and Reiki experience to honor the energy of summer and the Leo new moon.

This month’s session invites you to slow down and settle into the warmth of summer’s peak. Sacral Sunburst is a gentle, supportive practice that blends restorative yoga and Reiki, offering space to rest, reset, and reconnect.

With the Leo new moon guiding us inward, we’ll reflect on the energy of the heart and call forth creativity, confidence, and quiet strength. This is a time to pause, to notice what’s blossoming within, and to soften into the present moment. Setting aside time to slow down in a season that is fast-paced and tends to leave us exhausted.

Expect a calming environment, simple movement, stillness, and hands-on healing to support your body and mind. No experience is needed. Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in the warmth of the season. $55.
